SmartConcierge produces foldable A3 maps made-to-order by our client hotels. The maps have SmartShanghai's popular city map on one side, along with Shanghai restaurants, bars, clubs, shopping, and sight-seeing highlights, and more comprehensive venue listings and reference information
on the other side. The design of the map and the selection of content is fully customized according to what the hotel wants and their brand
identity. We produce maps in English and Chinese.

Online Interface
SmartShanghai maintains the biggest online database of venues, activities, and events in Shanghai. For a monthly licensing fee, client hotel staff have access to a customized, bi-lingual online interface to easily access this data and provide their guests with target demographic-specific, accurate, and up-to-date information on any type of activity and event within the city. The bilingual interface is simple to set-up, operate, and customize.

The SmartConcierge "Guest Companion" is a daily print-out designed to highlight the best of the day's events and activities in Shanghai -- dining, shopping, art, and nightlife happenings -- providing immediate
insight into what is new and hot in the city. The print-outs are created in our client hotels brand image, and our editors work with hotel management to ensure a daily stream of content that can offer hotel guests information on how to spend their day in Shanghai.
